Sometimes telephone screening is the most time- and cost-efficient way to recruit. When that’s the case, we start online, then U30’s seasoned face-to-face recruiters call every one of them to see if they meet U30’s standards for thoughtfulness and articulateness.
We talk to the same candidate 2 or 3 times before final participant selections are made, but we’re committed to getting it right.
